The Aggie Life

A wall mural depicting many aspects related to being an Aggie at UC Davis and living the so-called "Aggie Life". Originally commissioned by the UC Davis Public Arts Committee, the mural was painted over the span of two weeks in the UC Davis Activities and Recreation Center. This was a fun project for me because it allowed me to create using a different medium other than my regular digital design tools. For the composition itself, I created something of a collage that compiled many aspects of UC Davis into one playful image. Being located in a study lounge, the mural is also meant to serve as a "study break" piece, allowing students to have fun analyzing each aspect of the mural. Looking closely, students often times find something new that they didn't see before upon each observation.
